Remote Support Software Manager

Hello, I have a question regarding SIM Version 5.1 "Remote Support Software Manager". I had an issue with the configuration of SSM. I enabled the Proxy box and added our Proxy server and the port. Because we have no User and Password for that I left this entries blank. After that I got the message "Status failed". Without enabling this Proxy setting it's the same. Could somebody help ?
