Remote Support software manager reinstall

I need to unistall Remote support software and installed again, i have some problem to unistall. i have big problem after i upgrade sim from 5.1 to 5.2 i have error messages

Thu May 8 11:47:04 UTC+0200 2008 [81695570] ERROR: Error: attempting to setproxyenable without a defined prefs.txt file.
please i need some solition.

Make sure you are logged into the console of the server and not using RDP or Citrix connection. The Remote Support Software is really picky about that both for installing and for running it after installation.
