Rename Database User

Using SIM 5, no SP, WIN2K, on a Proliant G1.
What is the MX Command to rename\change the SIM database user? I don't want to add an administrator to the box, I want to change the service accounts and database user to a newly created AD account to get it out of my name. Can I use the MSDE OSQL command set to accomplish the database rename? Is there a white paper with the instructions to change the admin account SIM uses with all the steps included in the white paper. All I find are pieces of information.
