Report - System License report on "All management processors"

In an attempt to make sure all of our servers are licensed for ILO advanced functionality (and those licenses only are used for 1 seat / license to be in compliance), I'm running a report on "ALL MANAGEMENT PROCESSORS" using the canned "System license information" report (copied, targets made to MPs instead of all systems)

It returns most of our MPs, but not all. This is really weird, because if you click the MP category in the default list it shows more than the report. The server associations are correct...

Any ideas? (high level of data is returned, tried re-identifying, etc)
