Reports - Showing Hardware Failure?

Hello,

Is it possible for a report to run every morning, which will show all servers that are in 'Critical', 'Major' and 'Minor' state, and show what hardware failure that they have?

I can run a report simply with 'System Name' and 'System Status'. But I would like another column, which shows the actual failure that has made the system degraded.

Is this possible?
