SIM 5.0 SP5 Installation Failure - Step 11

We are getting an installation failure of HP
SIM 5.0 SP5 on our server at Step 11, Agent
Configuration. The error is Access Denied.
Our Server is Windows 2003 Standard SP1. We
observed a temporary service called Admin Test that terminated abnormally and is no longer
present. Any ideas? Thanks.
