SIM 5.0 uses 25% of the available CPU only
We're using a dedicated SIM server for the following environment:
SIM Server: DL380 G4 2x 3.6GHz CPU 4GB RAM
SQL Server: DL380 G4 2x 3.6GHz CPU 4GB RAM
Monitored Server count: 2000
Since yesterday the web interface stopped to respond although the CPU load is somewhere in between 25%-30%.
At the moment we have quite a lot data collection tasks running which is consuming most of the CPU.
My question is. Why is SIM 5.0 only using 25% of the installed CPUs (2 CPUs, 4 Threads) and not more to finish faster.
Note that unfortunately we cannot upgrade to a newer version at the moment due to company policy about system validation.

Re: SIM 5.0 uses 25% of the available CPU only
I restarted the server and it seems to be distributing the load to all CPUs now.
