I tried your fix and I no longer get the 500 error. However I no longer have the option to collect/manage keys.

Anyone have a fix for that?

nevermind ... i figured it out ... i'm just blind ..lol

So I did the workaround and now can't see the collect/manage option like Richard stated originally. I can now load license manager but all key info is gone and I have no way to deploy keys. Any ideas?

You probably just need to select the bullet on the item you are trying to find details on. The look has changed with pmp 4.3.
