SIM 5.2 - New User Does Not See Servers

Hello... Fairly new to SIM and just added a few new users to the system to help administrate some of the load. The accounts created were domain accounts and have been successfully added. However, there is one user account added that when logged into will not show any servers the other users and myself can see. I've deleted and re-created the account to no avail.

The only difference between the accounts is that this particular account has different domain permissions that the other. The accounts that work are all Domain Administrators, while this account is not. I would not see this as being the underlying cause... Thoughts? Thanks.

Check under Options->Security->Users and Authorizations then look at the Authorizations tab. Check the user has access to the correct tools.
