SIM 5.3 and Data Storages

We use SIM 5.3/win with Sep updates
1. HP StorageWorks MSL6060
Is there any way to communicate with SIM (CMS) then send SNMP traps? SMI-S? WBEM?
2. Storage hosts
I can see Host Bus Adapters information but LUNs still "No data available". Is it normal?
3. I can't find HP Insight Power Manager plug-in download page for any version newer than 1.40 (don't work with SIM 5.3). How can I uninstall it?

SMI-S is used by HP SIM. However, the Server that has connection to the StorageWorks needs to be running a SMI-S provider.
