SIM 6.3 Couple issues

Got two issues i am trying to figure out so hopefuly someone can help me.

 

Got SIM 6.3 installed on my Managment Server it is working great got all my servers and switches and printers found everything is good except

 

I have 3 Virtual machines that it finds on the ESX host but it cant find the IP for them so  they are no Green check marks i have tried deleting them and rediscovering them by ip and by the esx host neither works any thoughts? all three are on the same ESX host but the 4th VM that is a vMA works fine.

 

Also does anyone else have a problem loading SIM in IE 9 i can login but when i click all systems it does nothing works great in 8.
