SIM Integrated Log

When attempting to view the integrated log on version 7.30 I get a blank page with no entries even though the home page states there are active alerts in there. Can anybody shed any light on what I need to do to display these logs.

Managed to get in using HP System Tools from the start menu and going into the IML from there.
