SIM Login Errors reported to Linux/HP-UX boxes - Help configure?
We have an HP-UX server (new, rx3600, hpux 11) that 3 times a day is reporting a failed login to it from the xxx\Insightm account (our windows service account running insightm). I assume this is some kind of polling onto the system. Is there a way to configure this to not talk to the hp-ux box via that, and maybe via ssh or something else if it's needed?
I have the same problem on another box, running CentOS, that it sees SSH connections trying to get to it, but denied. I guess it thinks a PW is wrong or something?
Any help configuring SIM properly for these 2 server-clients would be appreciated.

Or update the system credentials for each of the servers.

Can I have multiple "root" named users in there with multiple passwords?
thanks

Re: SIM Login Errors reported to Linux/HP-UX boxes - Help configure?
I'd assume it would just try each login until successful.
In which case I would be better to set a system only credential..?

Re: SIM Login Errors reported to Linux/HP-UX boxes - Help configure?
One thing I have found is once you have set system credentials, you seem to have to delete the system and then rediscover the system to remove the system credentials.
Once rediscovered it will begin using the global credentials.
