SIM/OVOW Integration: "Trap.cpq..." short messages

Dear colleagues,

After upgrading SIM from 5.0 to 5.1 we have problem with SIM-OVOW integration. OVO messages became short-formatted, something like:
Trap.cpqSm2ServerPowerOutage
or
Trap.cpqSm2ServerReset

I've already saw solution of such bug earlier on this forum, and it requires to install latest SIM MIB update kit to fix it.
For now I've installed upd780mib, but it doesn't helped. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, then point me on it, please.

Possibly it tied together with messages in DetailsParser.log:

I've fixed it by:
- updating SIM to 5.2
- reinstalling agent
- reinstalling SPI
