SIM & Service essentials : Test event

Hi ,

I am using HP-SIM integration with Remote Support Service essentials.
I have got extracted the warranty and Entitlement information for all the tape libraries and servers.

But not getting any Case created for any events.

i tested under the Remote Support Configuration -> Submit Test event and its not producing any Test Event. I am not sure whats worng, while SIM still communicates with RC over Entitilement information.

The TEST osem things however works and i get support ticket with ID and close by HP.

Please let me know how can i trouble shoot and what wrong with ny config.
