SIM does not report the Event(s)?

Hi,

Why I don't see the Major/Critical Icon under All Events. I have configured SIM and can see all systems ok. I have configured SNMP community strings, on agent and in SIM. SNMP Trap service is running, agent can contact the SIM server ok, when I diconnect the power supply, I see the Major icon under the system, but the All Events does not shows any thing (NO Icon).
