SIM notification for cpu / disk utilization

hi,
Is it possible to configure SIM notification for disk / cpu utilization.Like SIM should send notification when the disk / cpu utilization reaches a threshold level.
I have clients both hp-ux and proliant.
I am using SIM version 5.02
