SIM receive an unregistered snmp trap from datadomain dd580g

I try to compile ahd register the datadomain MIB into the system insight manager, but the SIM Can't receive the hardware error event from the datadomain, I try to enable the receive unregistered event from the options - event, and SIM receive the
event but show unregistered, so how can I troubleshoot the problem or SIM can't compile the datadomain dd580g' MIB? thanks for your assistance.
