SIM reporting two instances of blade enclosure

After replacing a p-class blade chassis enclosure (but not the blades) SIM is now reporting two instances of the enclosure (the old one which is now gone and the new one).

How do we 'refresh' SIM to show just the one enclosure?

Also, how do we change the actual name of the enclosure that displays in SIM (e.g. to "ENC04"?

SIM has been reinstalled so we no longer have this issue.
