SIM5 sp3 can not discover EVA3K

I have follow the procedure posted on http://h10018.www1.hp.com/wwsolutions/misc/hpsim-helpfiles/eva_provider.pdf to upgraded my EVA CommandView to 4.1 and installed the SMI-S provider also the SLP, but still can not find EVA in the system list
CV 4.1 works fine and slpd process is running
As the pdf said, the SIM may experience a slight delay in discovering the EVA arrays while the SMI-S provider gathers
information from the arrays for the first time.
But after 2 hour, I still can not find EVA on the list, any suggestion for this ?
