I am not able to reboot these 2 servers at will, so any ideas what I can do?

I'd definitly get your next maintenance window ready for a reboot of them if you get the chance too.
Perhaps checking the SMH logs at C:\hp\hpsmh\logs is the location I think. Anything useful or descriptive in there?
