SMH Not Installed error

Hi,

I am new to HP Sim and I am having a strange problem within SIM 5.1, Adding a server to HP giving me a strange result.
smnp discovery is working Fine but SMH, HTTP keeps failing. Connecting to https:server:2381
or http is working fine ( though IE 7 )

FW is configured to pass all traffic to managed server

error message in SIM is
SMH Must be greater or equal to : 1

Management protocols for discoverd server shows only
SNMP:1.0
instead of
HTTP:1.0, SMH:2.0, SNMP:1.0

Any help would be appriciated
