SNMP Installation on RHEL5

Hello.
Please tell me the procedure of setting up SNMP on RHEL5. I am unable to find the configuration file /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf
What could be the reason?
Should I have to install some additional packages?
I would really appreciate if some one tells me the complete method.

yum install net-snmp net-snmp-utils
