SNMP agent error

Hi,

I have server(Proliant DL380 G3) that keep prompting the followings errors..

1)Storage SNMP Agent Error: The SNMP Agent is older than other components. Cause: The SNMP Agent is older than the other components of the Storage Agents. Reinstall the entire Storage Agents package to correct this error. (Citrix Host)

2)Server SNMP Agent Error: The SNMP Agent is older than other components. Cause: The SNMP Agent is older than the other components of the Server Agents. Reinstall the entire Server Agents package to correct this error. (Citrix Host)

The server has PSP version 7.60 installed. Please advice how to resolve the above issue

why not try to update the PSP to more latest applicable version for that server/OS

There is no latest version besides version 7.60. Will reinstalling resolve the issue ?

hi,

it should'nt do any harm, things are obviously out of step and a reinstall should bring it all back into line.
