SNMP settings not available via replicate agent settings

I'm running SIM 5.3 SP1 and I'm trying to replicate my SNMP settings from one server to all my others. However it appears there is no SNMP option available. I remember this being available in earlier versions. Any ideas, am I missing something?

I think I went to the wrong place. I need to go to "configure or repair agents". However, I still dont see in that screen how I can add "localhost" to the trap destinations on all servers. By default it only adds the trap destination of the SIM server.

There's no purpose in sending a trap to 'localhost' unless there's something operating there to receive it (like the HP SIM application).
