SNMP sweep RFC1213from HPSim 5 server

My HPSim 5 server is doing an snmp sweep of a bunch of subnets. The sweep runs at about 10 am every few days. Wireshark shows the packets to be snmp get-next request packets for MIB rfc1213. Does anyone know what may be doing this sweep? Automatic discovery is turned off. And no scheduled tasks match the details of this sweep. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: SNMP sweep RFC1213from HPSim 5 server

HP SIM doesn't do "SNMP sweeps." Closest thing would be Data Collection, which gathers all the asset information for the database, but that would show up as a scheduled task.

Is it possible that something else installed on the same server is doing it? If you can, run 'mxstop' from the command line at 9:55AM one day and see if it still happens. ('mxstart' will start HP SIM again)
