SSL Certificate and HP System Insight Homepage

I have installed a Server Certificate for HP System Insight Homepage by using the Windows 2003 Certificate Server. However, the vulnerability scanner still reports the followings issues :

SSL Certificate - Subject Common Name Does Not Match Server FQDN
(Recommend : Please install a server certificate whose Subject commonName or subjectAltName matches the server FQDN.)

SSL Certificate - Signature Verification Failed Vulnerability
(Recommend : Please install a server certificate signed by a trusted third-party Certificate Authority.)

I have no idea on how to get the certificate from Windows 2003 certificate server which subject commonname match with the server FQDN and install server certificate sign by them.

Please advise.
