Servers in other domains

I have some servers located in another domain. After I added to my SIM I only see the hardware status. What do I do to see the rest of the information?

Make sure in the securite(HPSIM) that the usager you use is présent in both domain,it shouldn't be a problem, but it help!

Are you re domain under the same Root of the AD?

The other servers are in a sub domain so the user is present in both domains.

Is there a firewall between them, dit try the full name when you readded the system?
