Servers not appearing in list

Hello all,

I am trying to add four new servers to HPSIM. Whatever I do, I can't seem to make them show up in the servers list.

If I do "mxnode -lt" from the command line, the servers are listed as being known . I have succeeded in removing them from the list manually with "mxnode -r " and have manually re-imported them into SIM via the GUI. Even so, they do not appear in the list. All four machines have the Insight support packs installed and respond to ping, so there should be no problem with visibility.

Three of the servers are DL380 G5 and one is a DL360 G5. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is snmp is not configured correctly and they're not being identified as servers.
Check you're not filtering out unknown or unmanaged devices.
