Service Account locks out on exit from HP Insight Manager

Service Account locks out on exit from HP Insight Manager

I cannot find any other application using this log on. If I try and log in again it fails , when I check AD the account is locked out.
This is only a recent effect.

Version: Systems Insight Manager 4.1 with SP1 - Windows
