State information gathering about Linux 7.3 does not become in HP SIM.

Hi.
There is HP SIM5.0 established to Windows 2003.
It is Normal a state always even if there is Failed at H/W state checking of Linux 7.3 in HP SIM5.3.

I must solve this problem certainly.
Therefore, ask good solution.
