Storage Essentials: Oracle Listener Terminates Unexpectedly

I have two installations of Storage Essentials 5.0.1 (with SIM 5.0sp4) using Oracle 9.2.0.6.0

Both installations seem work correctly but when the servers are restarted, I get entries in the eventlogs indicating that the Oracle Listener service failed to start. When I check the service status, the service HAS sucessfully started.

The message I get (in the system event log) is as follows:

Event ID: 7034
The OracleOraHome92TNSListener service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

This doesn't seem to affect the performance or functionality but does concern the customer that there may be a latent problem in the configuration that could cause problems in the future.

I have attached the listener.ora file - I can't see any problems but then I'm not an Oracle DBA...

Can anyone suggest why this might be happening and how to correct it?

Thanks in advance..
