Strange PMP & Disk issue.
SIM 5.1 & PMP 4.3.
We have a couple of servers which have BF0728A4BA hard disks in them. When looking at System Management Homepage these disks are clearly identified as 15K U320 disks. When looking at the inventory in PMP these disks show up as SCSI1 disks of an unknown model, for us, this flags up a configuration error as PMP thinks that the array is made up of disks of different speeds.
The server is up to 7.70 on both PSP & Firmware.
Anyone else seen this? or have any ideas how to resolve this?
Thanks
Stu

Re: Strange PMP & Disk issue.
Hi,
May be this hard disk is not supported by PMP & thus reported as Unknown Model.
Thanks.
