Sub Lists and Serverrole alt. ideas
We've been using serverroles quite nicely to help create needed lists of disparate servers but that was when we were strictly HP. Now Dells are moving into the mix and we're having to re-think how to best group/organize. Fortunately most groups/lists are based on name attributes but a few lists have too many names that to try to list the varing names would be too cumbersome.
Using mxcollection is what I would like to do for these types of lists but I'd like to be able to create the list as a sublist...any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
Also, any other creative thoughts regarding dealing with the loss of the serverrole (like, wow, wouldn't it be nice if we could say in the criteria where serverrole=xyz OR name=dumbdell!
TIA.

So, looking into creating just a straight list type collection (no attributes) I'm wondering if there is a way to create a list like this but have it be a subgroup.
