Alain, just a note, do you have two IP adresses on the SIM server ? We have noted that if we have two IP adresses on the server VCRM will bind to only one of them and not respond to the other, even if it's the "wrong" adress (for example a dedicated backup network card).

We also have timeouts in SMH if VCRM is started automatically.

The problem wih not binding to all the IP addresses is an SMH problem fixed in this recently released version:
