Suspend monitoring, still some error are displayed...

Our citrix servers do a scheduled reboot during the night. We schedule Suspend monitoring on this servers.

This seems to work fine, but still we get 1 error per server: NIC Connectivity Lost Trap (18012)

What can we do to prevent these error to be displayed...

I have the same problem, the systems are suspended from monitoring but events still occures. Did you find any answer about this problem.

Suspend monitring stops only the SIM Server to check the status of your managed system every 5 minutes (Default value).

If you do not like the traps during this time you need to add the managed system into the SNMP event filter.

From my recollection, suspend monitoring just means that traps will be sent from the servers be no alerts will be actioned on based on those traps. Are you sure the traps are from the servers and not the iLO? The iLO can send pass through traps so maybe disable monitoring of the ilo during this period also.
