System Events 3331, 4099 and 515

Is anyone else having this problem? I am getting the following events 10 to 20 times each, every 2 minutes in my System Event log:

How can I stop these events from clogging up my System Event Logs?

I disabled the monitoring for services that I was not using and this stopped the event in the log.

I have this same problem on a Windows 2000 HP ML350G4. I have installed the proliant support pack 7.60 but the issue persists, any tips would be much appreciated

I know this is an old topic, but I am getting the same errors. I'm running an ML570 G4, W2K3 64-bit SP2 server. I just installed the latest PSP and I'm still getting this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem on different server type using different agent versions.
The same problem on DL380 G6 SmartStart 8.50 WIN2003 SP2 R2, and DL380 G3 SmartStart 8.30 WIN 2003 SP2 R2.

I use the insight management agents for fault management and when these warning message appears the server doesn't send snmp traps.
