System Info not being displayed.

I have repaired the agents, reinstalled the agents and also reinstalled the CMS but I am still unable to see the following info in HP SIM5:-

Product name
System type
OS name

Can anyone help?

I had to go into each server, click "tools and links" and amend the system protcol settings. If it still didn't pick it up I then edited the system properties.

I think you can also do this globally by going into Options, Protocol settings and then global protcol settings, however, this didn't work for me. I had about 120 servers which took a few hours to do so not the ideal way to fix the problem.
