System Management Homepage not allowing Single Sign-On, HP SIM 6.2

We recently had to reinstall HP SIM, restore a working HP SIM database (SQL Server 2005), then edit/reconfigure Config files to 'point' to the correct/restored db. We also had to run some HP SIM commands to initiate the restored database.
HP SIM comes up and seems to be as it was before the crash, however, now the System Management Homepage requests an additional login when the System Management Homepage link is selected within the HP SIM page.

We have over 200 servers/agents out there and would like to fix them all at one time, if possible.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Sven

Re: System Management Homepage not allowing Single Sign-On, HP SIM 6.2

Hi,

This is possible.

First up all use one managed node and login to the smh page and in Trusted management server page add the SIM certificate. After this set the trust in smh as "Trust By certificate".

Now in sim select all managed nodes which you have and do a replicate agent settings task by using the above machine as the source. Now all the machines will be set as trust by certificate and you will be able to login to smh from sim without logging in.

Regards,

Sins
