System is unreachable Notification not working

I am using Insight Manager 5.2 and suddenly System is unreachable E-mail Notification stopped working. When the servers restart I am not getting any alerts. No changes are mos the setting all I am getting all other notifiactions the all servers. Where shall start the troubleshooting?

System Reachable is done via the HPSIM Hardware Polling task. I'd check it was still scheduled and running okay.
Also it only runs every 5 minutes by default so it can miss servers that restart quickly.
