System is unreachable messages - can they be restricted to more than 5 minutes unreachable time?

Is there a way to configure SIM to ignore "System is unreachable" messages if they are unreachable for less than 5 minutes?

In the global protocol settings you can set the ping timeout and the amount of retries. Max value for ping timeout is 120s, max amount of retries is 5. So if you set ping timeout to 60s and amount of retries to 5, you will only get the unreachable message after 5 minutes of system downtime.
