Hi All,

I am getting below error when i tried to add Solaris server.

Critical: The system(s) can not be identified by WBEM, SNMP or SSH

After discovery it is able to show the info as this: SSH:SSH-2.0-Sun_SSH_1.1.1

but the System Type : Unknown

How to resolve this issue?Kindly hlep .

What is the hardware?
If it's not HP then you'll need to manually add a device type.

Hi Rob,

We are using Non HP hardware.

But it is discovering SSH version in the server but getting below error.

Critical: The system(s) can not be identified by WBEM, SNMP or SSH

How to get other system info ?

When you do the discovery be sure that you provide the right credentials to authenticate against the box...
