System type, Product name and OS name all incorrect?

System type, Product name and OS name all incorrect?

Insight manager is showing my System type as unknown, my Product and OS name as blank. MP and SW status is not avaiable...This leads me to think there is some communication issues but I am new to insight...
Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of Servers?

If they're Proliants or other HP based Servers then you'll need to ensure SNMP is set up correctly.
You'll need community names set up and SNMP configured to allow access to the HPSIM Server.

Your system is a Server or not. In server install support pack 7.4.
