can you attach mxdomainmgr.0.log from c:\program files\hp\systems insight manager\logs folder

sorry i was out for vacations, so r u still seeing this issue?

in logs i dont see anything suspecting.. bye the way if you experience it again send the same log file again (mxdomainmgr.0.log is always latest log file) and there is one more log file winsnmpadapterXXX something like this.. attach that also.

Yes, the problem still exists, please find attached requested log files.

Have you logged a support case already on this item?  if not, can you and post the case #?

 

Have you looked at disk space, I'm assuming you have plenty of space on both your SIM server and the db server?

Hallo,

 

no there is no support case logged for this.

I┬┤ve checked hard disk drives on SIM and SQL-cluster there is more than 20 GB free space on each so I don┬┤t think this will be the problem. 

 

FYI

 

I have stopped HP VMM service on SIM, since than some errors are logged in Application Log but SIM is running whithout any blank frames in web interface.
