Systems Insight Manager 5.1 with SP1 - Windows - Upgrade Path

Hi

We wish to upgrade our current version of Insight manager to the latest version.

1.Can you confirm that it is a Service Pack update (Which version)

2.Can you outline the upgrade path

3. Is it a relatively simple non destructive upgrade

4. Are there any good practical documents to follow
