Systems Insight Manager Shows Incorrect Size For BL45p

Hi,

We have SIM installed (version 5.0 with SP5) and Hp BladeSystem Integrated Manager (version 2.2).

We recently installed a blade Chasis and some BL25p's and some BL45p's.

When we look at the rack view through the Remote Insight Board we see the blade as it really looks. However once we have discovered the devices through insight manager the BL45p only shows up as taking a single slot when it actually takes 2.

The image we see for the BL45p is the same as for the BL25p.

I looked at the SIM database directly and noticed that the entry for the server in the DeviceDimensionInfo table shows it as SlotsUsedXDir = 1 and SlotsUsedYDir=2.

Changing the SlotsUsedXDir entry to 2 and restarting SIM changes the picture to the correct 2 slot image, but it appears as thought the description for the BL45p is incorrect as the dimensions for this are the same as other single slot blades.

Anyone know why this is reported incorrectly or how I can make sure that all future new blades display the correct image on discovery without me having to change it?
