Test Connection Failed in RSCS connection to P4000 Family Configuration Collections

I've got all my P4000 system in the P4000 Family Configuration Collections under Remote Support Configuration and Services. I cannot, however successfully test the connection back to the Left Hand servers. I get an error

Device (LHBOX): Test connection failed for LHBOX. (Failure : LHN Cliq command:testCredentials failed. IPAddress, Username or passwd may be invalid. IPAddress: 10.17.4.170 Username: administrator Passwd xxx not printed for security

I'm using the same credentials I use to login to the HP Lefthand console. Has anyone experienced the same thing?
