The AppStorWin32Agent service terminated unexpectedly

Hello,

I am having HP Storage Essentials installed on one of the WIN 2K SP4 server for one of my customers. The problem I am facing is that the AppStorWin32Agent service is not running on the server. When I am trying to start, it is terminating updating the Event Log "The AppStorWin32Agent service terminated unexpectedly".

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Did you get any solution for this issue from HP or Microsoft ?
