The Device is not responding to SSL request.

I am trying to update the disk threashold alarms, using the SET Disk Threashold function of SIM. (4.2).

When running the tool some servers are are reporting "The Device is not responding to SSL request". I have tried to delete and re-import the certificate from the SIM server but still get the issue. Can any body help?
