There was a problem connecting to the HP Systems Insight Manager server
I have a SIM 5.o and I have changed the service account usename and I am no loger able to deploy the proliant support pack. It gives me a "There was a problem connecting to the HP Systems Insight Manager server" I am not sure if it is a database issue or not because I do not have access to that database. Does it have a database issue because everything else works?
